A booking is only confirmed once the required booking flow has been completed and availability has been accepted by the venue.
High-demand dates, especially Fridays and Saturdays, should be treated as limited stock rather than assumed availability.
Any booking change or cancellation request should be made as early as possible. Late changes are harder to accommodate, especially on busy dates or for larger groups.
If your group size, timing, or room needs change, contact the venue early enough for a realistic adjustment.
